*Application IP ownership: The intellectual property of any application built using Stragiliti belongs to the organization or individual who modeled or configured it. However, this does not prevent other developers from using Stragiliti to build similar applications, as long as they are not exact replicas. Stragiliti ensures your project’s repository and code remain private, so other users cannot access your application.

*Source code: Source code will be provided in a format that allows the application to be deployed on a standard cloud platform and managed independently of Stragiliti. The code will be structured and maintainable. A minimum two-year subscription is required before the source code is handed over. However, if Stragiliti is ever unable to fulfill its support obligations, it will offer to provide the source code even before the 24-month period.

*Professional services packs: Professional Services Packs are available in increments of 25 and 100 hours. Resources are trained in consulting and delivering applications using the Stragiliti platform. Pricing varies based on skill set and service time zone.

*Essentials: Application infrastructure to run the application on the cloud with essential administration utilities
