​One of their clients, CCS (https://www.yourccsteam.com), a major first-line customer support and call center provider in Minnesota, needed a custom portal developed for its end client. CCS would handle most front-line queries, escalating only complex technical issues. Given the size of the end client, CCS chose to offer a tailored portal to track the status and history of all support calls in progress.
